Father's Shoes

(Drama Short Film)

Father's Shoes is a short film I directed as my Year 1 Final Project in NP's School of Film & Media Studies, Common Media Programme.

The story follows a prideful father and his daughter, distant and struggling within their family situation, as she secretly takes on a job to buy him a gift that might ease his life. As director, I led a team of groupmates from different courses, many without prior filmmaking experience, and worked within a limited budget to bring the film to completion.

In early 2025, I ventured into automotive journalism for the first time by producing and hosting my own car review video. Through strong visual storytelling, I aimed to bring a fresh perspective to Singapore’s automotive media scene.
